I love being able to call "Baby" by her name--Klara Jean--a name that I hope fits her perfectly.
Klara means "famously bright." I love the sound of the name, as it's both classic and sweet, but the meaning is what sold me. As all moms do, I'm dreaming about my little girl. Most of all, I hope that she is a glimpse of hope, of light, in dark places. May she be famously bright.
Jean is my mom's middle name, so it made picking Klara's middle name a breeze. I've always hoped that I would be able to gift my mom's name to my daughter. From the very start, I want Klara to know how special her grandma is.
If Klara's anything like her namesake, she will, indeed, be a precious light.

I love it! Lily is now a fourth generation Jean. It means God is gracious; He loves us and gives us much more than we deserve.
