I'm thankful for the soldiers who can say "here" and the ones who are silent.
Today, I'm especially thankful that the soldiers I love most--Jeff and Rachelle--are home and safe. My cousin Rachelle (who served two tours in Iraq, as well as in Germany and Korea) was in the building next door to the shooting. I'm thankful that she was protected.
Thank you for serving our country.
