I'm eating this for dinner (cute mixer, Anthropologie bowls, and all). Don't judge me for eating dessert for dinner. I couldn't resist because I had everything on hand (except for the strawberries; I substituted frozen berries).
I have a hard time walking past the meringues at Trader Joe's, but I hate the big plastic container they come in. It bugs me. Now that I know how to make my own meringues, TJs has got nothing on me.

Looks good! I made the strawberry shortcake cookies at the end of the Martha mag. this month and they were super good. Unfortunately they only last for about 24 hours, so I had to eat them quick :) For some reason my hotmail is not working, so I'll e-mail you back asap. :)
