Today I feel good in my skin--like I was meant to be me and only me. Today, I'm unusually satisfied with my lot. Here's why today is good:
It sounded like Baby Roman said "Auntie."
I had a good hair day.
My students loved having Jessica as a sub on Friday.
I saw remorse in three of my normally cocky students.
Cameron ran up to me and said, "Auntie! I made you a bracelet!" It was the most beautifully hideous piece of jewelry I've ever laid my eyes on. I wish I could have captured his smile.
I had an excellent day teaching-- today I felt worthy of my title.
Amy's coming to visit.
I love the novel I'm teaching.
My students are behaving remarkably well.
I had a normal conversation with a student whom I rarely talk to unless I'm correcting his behavior.
My apartment's clean.
I chatted on the phone with two friends last night- both conversations were nice.
My jeans felt right tonight.
I got an "I like this class smile" from a shy student.
I feel strong.
I sense God.
I'm going to Mother's for dinner.
It's cold outside, I'm wearing a fleece sweatshirt and slippers, and I can't help but crunch leaves on the way to my car.

I'm happy for you :)
Awesome!
You must be a wonderful teacher Sherry. What happened the other day when you came down? I was ready and excited to see you!
Texas stinks....we can separate our seasons into "Wet" and "Sweltering"
