Fire the ineffective teachers.

I'm feeling really discouraged with teaching.

I don't know even know how to articulate my frustrations. Yes, I'm burned out and frustrated with a few of my students, but mostly, I'm just discouraged. For the first time in my career, I feel ineffective. I'm not reaching this newer group of students. What I'm doing isn't working anymore, and I don't really know how to do it differently.

I guess it's not the time for any major self-reflection, considering school's out in three days, but here I am trying to figure out where to go from here.
