June Gloom

I've been more gloomy than usual the last month or so. It could be the freaky weather, the pressure of the end of the school year, worry about next year in light of the budget crisis (and losing colleagues who sustain me), feeling forgotten, the longing to be a mother, or hurting for the ones I love most. I don't really know what it is.

I do know that my two new master's classes start on Tuesday, I have two more weeks of school, and I start teaching again after a week "off."

I need rest...and my closets desperately need to be cleaned (literally and metaphorically). Maybe I'll clean a closet tonight. I have to start somewhere.
