In a time when so many are jobless, I'm trying to appreciate the act of working. Sure, I don't work with my hands in a way that is physically exhausting, but my emotions and my brain are often drained at the end of the day. Where I used to feel bitter about my never-ending work day, I'm learning to appreciate the feeling of being "spent."
I'm learning that work truly is a blessing.

I understand. It seems like teaching kids all day shouldn't be that hard, especially compared to steel working or coal mining. Yet still, I am exhausted most days after work.
