…In fact, I can count them on one finger. I’ve decided that the blog-sphere isn’t for me. I’m tired of sitting in front of my computer. Why don’t we all go out to coffee and talk about these things instead? People are much cooler face-to-face.

I suggested coffee last night, but you didn't respond. Don't be a loser Sherry. Blogging and real life interaction can co-exist in harmony and beauty. Besides... what else have you got to do at the moment? BLOGGING IS THE ONLY THING THAT HAS KEPT YOU SANE, WOMAN!!
Blogs are kind of like coffeeshops, only without the sweet, delicious caffeinated beverages (or decaf should you so choose) and without the meaningful personal interaction, but other than that pretty similar. ;) Okay, I'm lying, but I hope that your blogging days are not forever over. That would be quite unfortunate.
Don't think of it as chatting. Think of it as thinking out loud.
It really is a blast to get to know people, like you, through the ideas they deem important enough to write down.
And when people get to know you, they usually find they like you; and when someone likes you, they'll probably want to go to coffee too.
